📢 Invitation to Submit Technical and Financial Proposals – First Aid Training Services
The Community Development and Continuing Education Institute (CDCE-I) invites qualified trainers to submit technical and financial proposals for the delivery of a specialized First Aid Training program under the Y-CARE Youth Care Project.
📌 The training aims to strengthen community members’ preparedness for emergency response and enhance their practical first aid skills in accordance with recognized standards.
📄 Experienced trainers are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals in line with the requirements and evaluation criteria outlined in the Request for Quotations (RFQ) document.
📅 Submission Deadline: Wednesday, 29 July 2026 – 12:00 PM (Palestine Time)
