جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر تطلق مشروع Act English
أطلقت جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر (CDCE)، بالتعاون مع مؤسسة IREX الدولية، من خلال مشروع الشراكة مع الشباب، وبتمويل من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية (USAID)، مشروع Act) English)، في محافظتي جنين وقلقيلية بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي من خلال مديريات التربية والتعليم ومراكز المصادر الشبابية في المحافظات المستهدفة. يهدف المشروع لتحسين أساليب تعليم اللغة الانجليزية من خلال استخدام الدراما، بالإضافة لتصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات طلابية بالاعتماد على منهجية التعلم من خلال المشاركة المدنية وهو ما من شأنه تحسين مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية، والقيادة، والمهارات الحياتية الأخرى لدى الطلبة.
وضمن انشطة المشروع، تم تنفيذ مجموعة من التدريبات على مدار ثلاثة أيام تدريبية متوالية بواقع 15 ساعة تخصصت في مواضيع ( مهارات خلال الدراما، القيادة، المهارات الحياتية)، لميسري المشروع من الجمعية ومتطوعي من مراكز المصادر الشبابية في جنين وقلقيلية، بهدف إنشاء أندية دراما في المراكز الشبابية ليستمر تقديم الخدمات للطلبة من خلال المراكز بعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ أنشطة المشروع في كل من محافظة جنين وقلقيلية. ولاقى التدريب الذي نفذته المدربة هند أبو شخيدم لخبرتها نجاحا لافتا لاعتماده على اساليب مبتكرة وغير نمطية وخصوصا تعلم اللغة الانجليزية والمهارات الأخرى من خلال طرق مسلية وجديدة لتعليم وهي الدراما.
وافتتح التدريبات منسق المشروع في جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر الأستاذ بهاء عرمان بعرض تفصيلي عن المشروع شرح من خلاله أهداف المشروع، والأنشطة التي ستقوم الجمعية بتنفيذها، بالإضافة لشركاء المشروع والنتائج التي تطمح الجمعية لتحقيقها من خلال المشروع.
كما ستقوم الجمعية بتنفيذ عدة أنشطة خلال الأسابيع القليلة القادمة في المدارس المستهدفة ضمن المشروع وهي: مدرسة جنين الثانوية للبنين، مدرسة جنين الثانوية للبنات، مدرسة الرازي للبنين، مدرسة الشارقة للبنات.
وتعتبر جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر جمعية غير حكومية تأسست في بيت لحم عام 2010، منطلقة من إيمانها الراسخ بقيم التعددية، المساواة، المشاركة المدنية، الحوكمة، وحقوق الإنسان في المجتمع الفلسطيني. وتسعى إلى تحسين الواقع الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وتنمية الإعمال في المجتمع المحلي استنادا إلى خطة التنمية الوطنية، والشراكات الإستراتيجية مع القطاع الخاص والعام وقطاع مؤسسات المجتمع المدني.
