التنمية المجتمعية تستمر بطرح مجموعة متنوعة من الدورات التدريبية
استكملت جمعية التنمية المجتمعية والتعليم المستمر خلال الشهر الماضي نشاطاتها الشهرية، حيث نفذت مجموعة من الدورات التدريبية التي استهدفت الفئة العمرية ما بين ١٦ – ٢٩ وذلك ضمن مشروع الشراكة مع .الشباب الممول من الوكالة الامريكية للتنمية الدولية من خلال مؤسسة أيركس الدولية , تمحورت التدريبات على عدة مواضيع التوظيف ومنصة “تعمل”، القيادات الشابة، المناظرة، مهارات التوظيف،ومهارات الاعلام.
حيث تم تنفيذ ورشات عمل تعريفية لمنصة “تعمل” التي تقدم خدمات شبابية ارشادية للشباب، كما وعقدت جلسات توجيه وارشاد مهني باستخدام اداة “تمهيد” اضافة الى تصميم وتنفيذ مبادرات شبابية لفائدة المجتمع المحلي. يذكر ان هذه الدورات المكثفة نفذت بالتعاون مع العديد من المؤسسات والمجالس المحلية في مناطق مختلفة من محافظة بيت لحم حيث وصل عدد المنتفعين ضمن مشروع الشراكة مع الشباب خلال الثلاث اشهر الاولى ما يقارب 1230 شاب وشابة.
وضمن فعاليات يوم الشباب العالمين تم تنفيذ نشاط لإظهار مواهب ابداعات الشباب الفلسطيني في كلية فلشطين الاهلية الجامعية، لأهمية ودور الشباب الفلسطيني، وايمان الجمعية بقدراتهم وإمكانياتهم وإبداعاتهم. وأوضح شناعة أن فعاليات يوم الشباب العالمي شملت على عدة فقرات وأنشطة كان من أبرزها الخيمة التي تضمنت منتجات شبابية وضمت 24 مشارك ومشاركة من مختلف المناطق تنوعت إنتاجاتهم بين حلي يدوية ومطرزات يدوية ورسم بالحناء والمنسوجات وغيرها، إضافة إلى فقرات المواهب الشبابية كالعروض الغنائية والمسرحية، فضلا عن فقرات ابداعية شبابية للفئة العمرية من 14-16 عاما، كما تضمنت الفعاليات عرض مسرحي معبر لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
علما ان الجمعية ستنفذ العديد من برامج بناء القدرات في الايام المقبلة والتي تشمل مواضيع مختلفة منها: قيادات شابة، ICT، فنون المناظرة، تقييم “تميهد” الذي يقيس التوجهات المهنية للشباب، مهارات التوظيف ومهارات الاعلام بالإضافة لتنفيذ العديد من ورش العمل التعريفية على منصة “تعمل”.
